House 1 mile from Geneva on Lake. We have several wineries in the area.

The house has a full kitchen, and plenty of space. Double oven. Dark out blinds and very quiet and peaceful. There is a washer and dryer. Jet tub and a big yard. You can grill outside and have a good time. Bring the kids or dog. Also, a king bed and queen bed. There is a king air mattress, too. Coffer, sugar, creamers, tea, and water, I want you to make yourself at home. Your welcome to anything, and I am here with questions, or any concerns while you stay. Lesa

60th BIrthday Celebration

We were there celebrating my sister-n-laws 60th birthday. The house was as described and was ample room for all 8 of us. Lesa was great from the beginning. Communication was excellent and we had a great time. There was a local power outage and Lesa kept us posted with current power updates. We sat outside and played cards until the power came back on. We did not let it ruin our time and Lesa made sure we knew there were candles just in case. We had one issue with the house, out of Lesa's control, and she handled it swiftly and was very apologetic. It did not affect our time there. Lesa provided us with local entertainment and dining suggestions and was the best host! The house is close to everything and has everything you need. Thank you Lesa for opening up your home to us and for all you did. You helped make our trip very enjoyable. We will definitely return! --The 60th Birthday Squad-- feverything

Clean and plenty of room

Clean and roomy. Covered entry porch was nice as it was raining when we left and we didn't have to get soaked loading up the cars. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of glassware and other needs. Listing said 2 futons in 2 common areas but they did not exist- actually had 1 common area with reclining sofa and chair which required us to make changes to our planned sleeping arrangements. Great place to stay but this is a rural setting so expect powerful odors and insects from the adjoining property.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a wonderful rental for our family to meet half way for a family reunion from Pennsylvania. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed already there, and was super close to the lake so we all got to watch the beautiful sunset together. So lovely!

Awesome place to stay

Lesa was amazing to work with. The house was clean and beautiful. The yard is large and completely fenced in. We came to Geneva for a 21st birthday for my son, but we will definitely be back with our family. I would stay here anytime!

One Night

Overall the house was very nice. One of the queen size beds is an air mattress. The house had everything we needed for our night in GTO. We couldn’t find any check out instructions, which was odd. I would definitely stay here again

Very Nice Place to Stay

Very nice and clean - could use some updates - Very peaceful inside - Yard is very soggy - neighbors pets are noisy but all in all very nice place to stay. Was able to get good comfortable sleep and much needed relaxation - would certainly consider it again for the future.

Awesome Host, Place and Overall Experience!

The place was exactly as described and we had a wonderful experience staying there! Fireplaces were very nice due to the cooler temperatures. We were there for an extended meeting time and were able to relax and accomplish everything we needed to do and without leaving the premises once arriving. The host was extremely generous about arrival and leaving times and extremely responsive as necessary. We would recommend this house to everyone!

Convenient location, and clean home

We needed a place that was close to Geneva On The Lake that would allow us to bring our dogs. The property is about a mile from the middle of the strip. Not a convenient road to walk, but definitely an easy drive. The home was very clean and had everything we needed.

We met friends in Geneva-on-the-lake and had a wonderful time together. The home was very clean and taken care of. There were very thoughtful items (such as shampoo/conditioner, snacks and water bottles) provided. The hostess was very responsive when I called or texted her. We thought that there were 3 bedrooms and an additional air mattress--the air mattress was set up in a bedroom as a bed. We went to walmart and bought inflatable mats for a couple of kids to sleep on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this home to others!

Can’t wait to go back

Lesa’s house was wonderful. It is spacious and clean and really had anything we needed or forgot to bring with us. The fenced backyard was great to let our pup run free off a leash and not have to worry about her. Quiet neighbors, even the roosters next door waited until after 8a to make any noise 😀. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Geneva over the holiday weekend.
