When we got there to check in the room had not been cleaned and it was about 4:30 in the afternoon. Staff was not aware it hadn’t been cleaned. We had an extra “hold” charge put on our credit card even though the room was totally paid for the day we booked. We went out for dinner and when we came back all the absavailable parking was taken and we had to park across the street.

It was a great place to stay, right on the lake. Very friendly staff member that checked us in, he even carried our bags for us! The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a pool on the property, But I would definitely stay there again!!

Our room had a nice view of the lake. Perfect room for a place to sleep and the room stayed cold when it was like 95 degrees out. Close walking distance to the strip and it was a fun trip. We were able to use the pool at the sister motel and it was a quick walk. Highly recommend.

Easy check in. Perfect location on tbe strip, just far enough from the noise of bars. Convenience store right across the street. Room was comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay!

Rm#13- lakefront. Nobody was in attendance for the check in when we arrived at 6p. Earlier in the day I did get a text with a key code and was able to get into our room. Perfect place to catch the sunset and have morning coffee on the spacious deck. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Since parking is sketchy my only suggestion is that the parking space lines need repainted to modern sized cars. There is not enough space between cars and damage is inevitable. There are about 6 parking spaces on the street that were all taken when we got there. FYI- it is not noted anywhere that the lake front rooms are not handicapped accessible & that posed a slight challenge for one of our groups members trying to navigate 2 fights of steep steps but we did manage.

Booked a ground for convenience; it was two flights down on slick stairs with only one railing. There was condensation on all surfaces, the bedding was damp. Put towels on floor so I would not slip. Spiders and rain water from gap under door. Lake view was nice from deck, but suggested not healthy to swim in. The air conditioner fan would run for a minute and shut off. Pool? Parking not adequate; big cars taking up two spots. Do not recommend. It’s for sale!! It’s a tear down, but who wants to be on a dead lake.

Property is nice. Room was clean. Easy walk to the strip. Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the shower was either hot or cold. There was no warm.

An ok place to stay in GOTL

It was ok. The walls must be thin because you hear everything. There were bikers stopping in there that didn't even stay there and the bikes were loud. Parking is very limited. We had to park on the road. It's located in a great spot and the lake is literally behind the motel which makes for nice lake view. I'm kinda mixed on this review...it's not terrible but for the money???
