The building we were in was like new! Very clean, updated carpets in hallways. The room with treat for families with the room separation, fridge, microwave. The pool/spa area was in our building and great. Indoors with views of the water and Mt Hood. Gorgeous. Would def recommend to travelers looking for a night or 2 for a comfy stay.

Quiet room with a view of the river. private use of the pool and hot tub. Large ADA shower with seat. Innerspring mattress. Very kind and accommodating host.
