"I paid an upgrade for an Ocean view, and we could barely see water out the corner of our window. The room only smelled bad - like feet. We did have a good experience in the restaurant though. With that said - I will not be staying here again, and will not be recommending to family or friends."

"The screen doors were torn and off track. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The spa was too expensive. The staff was fantastic! Especially Hunter, Kai, and the two young ladies that gave us wonderful rides on the golf carts. The yoga class was excellent. The air conditioning needed to be cooler as needed, and the bathrooms were WAY too hot. The lady that checked us in and out was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful."

Combined with the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional accommodations, it created an experience that felt far more special than a typical resort stay. "We were upgraded to a deluxe ocean view room. The room and premises were gorgeous. Staff including the cultural activities were top notch we took full advantage of the pool area and water slides. The biggest inconvenience was trying to find a couple of chairs to relax and to keep our stuff while enjoying the pool. So many people reserve seats and don’t use the chairs. It was incredibly frustrating. I knew this from reading the reviews ahead of time and it was still frustrating as we tried to get an early start our second day and were still late to grab chairs. The adult pool is less crowded. "
