Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly an welcoming. The wildlife is incredible. Food was acceptable. Beach was rocky and the water was full of seaweed but I know that's beyond the control of the resort. There are some areas of the pool that's a little dingy and missing tiles. Our swim up suite was impeccable.

We had a fantastic week at Grand Palladium Kantenah, staying in the Family Selection section. Check-in was smooth—our room was ready within 15 minutes of arrival, and our butlers Karen and Erick were amazing. Family Selection gave us access to a private pool with great food and drinks, The Nest restaurant (excellent breakfast, dinner, and pre-dinner cheeses), and TRS lunch spots with upscale food. While we didn’t try TRS dinner venues to stay with our kids, the lunch options were noticeably better than similar ones in White Sand. We tried the steakhouse, Brazilian, Argentinian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants—all were fantastic. On our last night, we booked the Bravo Dinner & Show, which had elevated cuisine and entertainment, though it comes with an extra charge. Joel at the main pool bar in Kantenah/Colonial was the MVP—he made sure we always got top-shelf drinks and treated us like VIPs. The beach wasn’t the best, but staff kept it clean, and a short walk north led to a much nicer stretch. The resort is huge, but shuttles made it easy to get around. Staff everywhere were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly special. Highly recommend Family Selection for comfort, service, and elevated dining.

Hotel was Huge and so beautiful!! The aesthetic of this hotel was beautifully crafted. Super clean, staff were beyond friendly. My only complaint was that I wasn’t aware that this hotel is a very relaxing hotel, there isn’t much to do but to relax and swim. The Latin culture is not really in this hotel. No Spanish music as you hear in different resorts. It sounds like elevator music everywhere. This is an amazing resort if you would like to come and relax, not if you’re looking for more of an upbeat experience.

Sus atenciones fueron simplemente perfectos: cada necesidad que tuvimos fue atendida al 100%, siempre con amabilidad y una sonrisa genuina que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Fernanda y al talentoso Chef Max. Ellos fueron el corazón de este viaje. Su dedicación y cariño hacia nuestra pequeñoa nos dejaron sin palabras. Max, siempre proactivo y creativo, encontró las mejores opciones para alimentar a nuestra bebé, adaptándose a lo que necesitábamos sin perder sabor ni presentación. Fernanda complementa su talento con una atención llena de calidez y amabilidad. Juntos son un dúo excepcional que hace la diferencia entre unas vacaciones buenas y unas vacaciones verdaderamente memorables. Incluyendo a la jefa del área de alimentos que estuvo al pendiente en cada Agradecemos también a Kenia y Diana, las amables hostesses que siempre recibieron a nuestra pequeña con sonrisas y cariño. Omar, en la entrada, fue increíblemente atento y servicial. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar con transporte y maletas, nos recibió cada vez con una sonrisa y disposición genuina. En el área de la playa, Israel merece un mega reconocimiento. Su actitud de “claro que podemos” y su dedicación para brindarnos comodidad y momentos especiales.

This is one of the best resorts we stayed at. VIP service has butlers available in your villa that arrange everything for you. We had my daughter's 5th birthday arranged at The Nest restaurant. Gerardo from their events team was just amazing. We communicated via Whatsapp before our trip and everything, from fruit cake, decor and most importantly Minnie and Mickey mouse characters. My daughter loved it. And the gifts they gave. Great resort for families. We will return for sure
