Property was very nice. Service was very lacking. For not putting all the towels. Not a day went by without us having to call for towels and cleaning was a rush job. A lot of the Staff would look over us to see after other guests. (Be came very noticeable)

The property was beautiful. It was kept clean and the staff was friendly. They always asked if you needed help and they were very personable. I didn't like that they don't have elevators and the food on the buffets was not the best. Restaurant dining was slightly better.

Except for the buffets, restaurants were good. It was difficult to transfer from kantenah to white sand, due to lack of shuttles. Also long wait for making reservations
