Our stay at TRS Yucatan was truly above and beyond. Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. I can’t imagine an all-inclusive without a personal butler now, and it’s why we’ll be choosing TRS resorts going forward. The rooms were spotless and serviced multiple times a day. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to leave the resort. Every staff interaction was warm and welcoming—we honestly felt like celebrities. The spa was incredible and worth every penny. We planned one visit and ended up booking a second. Drinks were well crafted and served in glassware, which we appreciated. The CHIC show exceeded expectations with a unique seven-course meal and amazing performers. We can’t wait to return!

This resort was beautiful!! We loved our stay and the staff was nothing short of fantastic! My only complaint was that the food starts to taste all the same after a bit, but honestly what do you expect from an all inclusive? But it was not bad at all, the pool food was a bit questionable but the restaurant’s weren’t bad at all! My one complaint would be that it is hard to get a reservation at the restaurant’s! And we are here during off season, so I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak season! Overall review would be a 8.5/10 and I would definitely come back!

The resort is very nice, food and staff are great. Down side is it’s so big you have to try and catch a cart every where and it’s not always easy. Also I did not like that we paid for an all inclusive but when you get there they tell you unless you pay 500.00 more you don’t get the experience other get and that you wouldn’t have to pay that if you didn’t book through a 3rd party site. So was the 500.00 extra worth it? Not really. I didn’t like that when you get there booking in takes SO LONG because they want you to upgrade your stay. I just got off a flight and an hour drive to the hotel, I just want to chill not be hustled for more money! It was nice but the ocean is much prettier at other resorts and knowing what I know now we probably would not return.

Plenty of pool and food options! Julio was especially lovely in Helios. Our Butlers Paola, Gabriel, and Naomi were very responsive, friendly, and helpful! Our first night was very fun and special because Fran made us wonderful and unique shots at the Terrace Bar. The ocean pool is especially lovely! We loved that we could select the liquor we wanted in our drinks too (I recommend the “blue bottle” tequila!). Staff were all very kind and the golf cart service was very convenient, thought once in a while you’d and up stranded for a little on one of the properties. The only activity we did was rifle shooting but it was so fun and Andres was a wonderful instructor!

The property is truly beautiful this was my first time staying at the TRS, getting to explore the property and see the birds and lizards and the coati's was very nice. The food options were the best I've experienced outside of Canada and I was impressed with the selection. Butler and transportation services were exceptional. The size of the properties and # of pool and restaurant options was a bit overwhelming thankfully the butlers were there to help direct us. My only complaint with my stay was parts of the mangrove trails and the lobby bay water feature were closed off for maintenance, this was a bit of an eye sore and inconvenient having to detour around a large part of the resort to get to lobby and as a nature person this was a big part of the trip I was excited to experience. I hope to be able to return at some point and walk the trails watch the birds in the morning. Over all I had an amazing time for my friend's wedding. Thank.

The resort property is huge. There was always golf cart transportation in less than 3 minutes. The cart drivers ALL were so friendly &made jokes. My favorite highlight of the facility were the organized activities. There was aquacycling, aqua pole, & paddle board yoga. I'm not athletic but I'm adventurous so these were definitely my lane. We were also able to participate in free guacamole lessons , with Edwardo &friend and a bartening class with Alessandra & friend. Edwardo was also on the grill serving up fresh calamari & octopus with the Fideua. Fernanda our Expedia ambassador made sure got every resort amenity & them some. She even stopped by to talk with us &check on us during our stay. El Gaucho was the best restaurant w/Yosmar best cocktail. The hotel activities were great & in addition to the daytime activities they had night parties. My favorite touch was that some of the night parties were held on the beach. The silent disco music needs some work, ok a lot of work. There were 3 DJs but it was sorely missing entire genres. I'm a young millennial & i just took my headphones off & watched the vibes because i could not get into the music. Another lady,probably older, walked by and exclaimed to my friend, "this music sucks" as she and her partner were leaving. Our butler Susana was the ABSOLUTE BEST. She made sure we had everything we needed, from amenities to daily schedule She even took time to laugh aboat a coati enjoying a breakfast set up. Thanks Susana!

TRS was fantastic! We went for our 6th anniversary and they did so many cute things to recognize it, like rosepetals on the bed, notes and rose petals on our tables for dinner, and adorable little gifts. Ricardo, Miguel, George, Jesus, and some others like the manager of the French restaurant (name is escaping us) were AMAZING! So attentive and helpful, especially as it was our first time ever staying at an all inclusive. We paid for the premium experience and, while it's expensive, I think it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! Food was fantastic, from the breakfast and lunch buffet at Helios to dinners at Gaucho and La Boheme. The cabaret at Chic was fantastic and the main pool overlooking the ocean is incredible. Overall fabulous experience ✨️

I visited for my birthday Fantastic place!! The ambiance , customer service , and the food was GREAT! I stayed at the adults only resort however they have other sister resorts that we had access to. The place does require a lot of walking due to so much that it offers but they provide golf carts to chauffeur us around the property and to the other resort. Great place for a romantic and luxurious experience and for family as well.
