I liked the premium experience the property gave, however I didn’t like that it wasn’t included in the price. You pay an additional 100.00 per night for premium service, which includes various amenities throughout complex. The staff was very nice and courteous. We loved the chic show, archery, and spa. Would’ve rated resort higher but room didn’t cool off. Thermostat was set for 68 degrees Fahrenheit, but never got to that temperature. Technicians looked at a/c and stated it was fine. We ended up getting a fan sent to our room, due to temperature. Also, liquor was watered down. One other complaint is that we waited for 20 minutes for a ride from spa, which never came. We ended up walking to grand pallium for ride back to TRS Resort.

This is a great place to spend a few days. It is an all adults hotel so it is nice and calm. There are a couple of hotels one after another same branch where you can eat ass well. As an advise, stay at the TRS. Food is better and treatment as well.

This was by far one of the top experiences I’ve had for an all inclusive adult resort. Staff, food and amenities were top quality. Service impeccable!!! Highly recommend it

DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT FALL FOR ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY OFFER INCENTIVES TO REVIEW AND HARASSED ME MY ENTIRE STAY TO WRITE A REVIEW. Hotel was nothing like the pictures and reviews. Food was absolutely terrible did not enjoy not one meal and I tried every single restaurant. The butter was extremely unhelpful and didn’t tell me anything to do on the resort I had to figure it all out on my own and ended out sourcing all my excursions. every time I would ask him to book me a dinner reservation or activity he would say it was booked and I needed to book days in advance which is ridiculous since I was only staying for 3 nights. Needless to say he was just lazy and didn’t want to help me because the front desk was able to book me reservations for all the restaurants he told me were booked. The whole thing was a scam are so ridiculously priced they try and charge you for every little thing there, do not upgrade or get any vip package it’s a scam and not worth it. Be prepared to spend another $1000 per day if you want to have a good time. Our room was the deluxe sweet which was terrible dead lizards everywhere no lighting at all in the room and the AC and tv were broken. Aside from that they tricked me into going to some time share type thing and wasted half of my day and wouldn’t let me leave. Absolutely terrible hotel definitely not 5 stars more like 3. So sad this place made me never want to come back to Cancun. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT TRUST THESE REVIEWS.
