We loved the staff at TRS resort, they were the best staff we’ve ever experienced. We came here for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing time. Everyone you came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful and there is so much to do, we couldn’t fit it all in the week we were there. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is the food, although there are SO many options to choose from (and some of them are pretty good) overall a lot of the food was just alright, but the rest of the experience made up for that. Highly recommend staying here!

This was my husband and my first time in Mexico and we couldn't have chosen a better resort. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We stayed in Villa 69 in a Jr. Jacuzzi Suite and it was perfect. Our butlers Ricardo and Lisandra handled our every need, no matter how big (like needing a new T.V because ours malfunctioned) or small (like insisting on getting us ice). We enjoyed all of the food and drink options offered and had reservations at El Gaucho (10/10), Tentazione (10/10), and La Boheme (only had dessert but 7/10). We were surprised with rose petals on our table at Tentazione for our 5 year weddings anniversary, with chocolate writing on our dessert plate, with rose petals on our bed on the last night, and with a bottle of Chebrie. The pools were amazing and the beach was stunning. We participated in Bingo which was the Every employee and staff member in all of the Grand Palladium Resorts were professional, friendly, and a joy to interact with. We were saddened that we had to leave, but are excitedto come back in the future. A special shout out to Ricardo and Lisandra for everyhting they did, the expedia Ambassador Fernanda Garcia Pichardo for organizing the special touches (rose petals and wine), and to the staff of Tentazione (Hostesses Ivonne and Sayta, waiter Pedro and manager Adilene) for making our dinner so special.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever done an all-inclusive resort and we had a wonderful experience. The property was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed the pools as well as how convenient their beach front property was and loved how we had access to the amenities on the entire property. The food far exceeded our expectations and we found everything to be fresh and delicious. Additionally, their staff were phenomenal. We loved our villa butler and he did so many thoughtful little things for us that made our stay special. Additionally, the cleaning staff were amazing. In the future, we would recommend this resort to family and friends and would prioritize staying at another one of the properties managed by this hotel company.

Unforgettable 10th Anniversary at TRS Yucatan! We recently stayed at TRS Yucatan to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, and the resort consistently exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and we especially appreciated the selection of premium alcohol available throughout the property. We highly recommend checking out the Bingo Show and Chic Cabaret. While they come at an extra cost, both were absolutely worth it and a highlight of our trip. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing butlers, Susana and Moses, whose warm and attentive service made our stay even more memorable. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend TRS Yucatan to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale getaway!

The resort is very beautiful, the hospitality was very good. Nice staff from the moment before you check in to the moment to leave to the airport. Didn’t get to try all the food but what we ate while staying was very enjoyable. Nice environment, the rooms are spacious but the A/C wish it would’ve had the room cooler, weather is very humid. TV ended up not working on our last 2 days. But overall for sure would come again!

We booked a private transfer which was great! Would highly recommend. Upon arrival at the resort, we were welcomed in and received a drink, hot towel, and warm reception 😊 Mich did a great job checking us in. One of the drivers brought us to our room with our luggage. Our resident butler showed us how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. It was great! One of the drivers, Alejandro was amazing. He was so friendly and willing to share stories of his family with us. A true blessing ❤️ The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of wildlife to see. I enjoyed that very much. The pools were nice and never over-crowded. No issues with the food. There was always something good to eat. My one minor complaint is the tacos are never ready when the restaurant opens. I really like 🌮 tacos. The only reason we did not rate this an Excellent is for our last day. We were up early for breakfast as our driver was to arrive at 8:30 am. When we returned to our room, the lock didn’t work. We called the office to find that maintenance doesn’t start until 8:00 am. We needed this taken care of immediately as we had to prepare for departure. It took four phone calls before we finally had someone come out and fix the lock so we could get in. Then, somehow, we were checked out of the room without doing anything. No phone, no television, no re-entry, just booted out of the system. We received an apology. I believe it was sincere, but it was a sad way to complete the vacation.
