The highlight of this condo includes two fabulous covered lakeview decks with natural gas bbq, firetable, dining table, lounge chairs and comfortable seating area, walking distance to beach. The building features a roof-top hot tub/bbq area, and an outdoor pool on side of the building which is open May - Sept.

In this condo you will find everything an active family needs: room to put bikes; beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart supplied; a well stocked kitchen with gas range; in-suite washer/dryer; and TVs in each room with cable and Netflix.. You will also find all the small appliances you may need including coffee maker, toaster and blender. I even provide you with coffee (in the freezer to keep fresh), spices and condiments.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with 400 thread count sheets, large ensuite with double sinks and large shower as well as it's own deck with lounge chairs. The second bedroom features double/double bunk beds and pocket door entry to bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

There is secured underground parking for 1 car to keep out of the summer sun, and street parking on McKinley Beach drive if you have more than 1 vehicle.

I have tried to provide everything you may require for a perfect summer vacation, short of a private chef or chauffeur ;).
