The staff were friendly. It was quiet at night but the room needs some updating, the carpet looked very dirty and gross, the kitchenette sink didnt work, it sounded like the people upstairs were going to fall through the floor in the bathroom. I could hear the toilet flushing clearly. The toilet seat was broken and loose. There were 2 small part toilet paper rolls and no new one in the room. The bed had a wet, oily spot on it.

The young lady working the front desk made our stay amazing. She was very friendly & accommodating. She made sure that we always had what we needed for the free breakfast as well as ensuring our electric bikes were secure at all times. Sorry…. We didn’t catch her name.
