It was hard to upgrade my room, and a charge for late checkout, and no refund when your flight has a extremely long delay and made you miss a whole day that was paid for, but it wasn’t my fault.

The room felt and smelled humid when we arrived and obviously stayed that way. We didn’t have a fridge or even a coffee maker. The outlets didn’t work or the tv. The only good thing was the location. I’ve been to Vegas a million times and this was definitely one of the best locations.

Hotel could use majors updates. The lobby is beautiful renovated but hopefully the rooms and the rest of the hotel follows. Carpet had stains in the the hallway. My room had a mini fridge, a blow dryer, and an iron which was a plus. Not sure I’d book there again but I didn’t have a terrible experience. ...
