Hotel is dirty and filthy. Then ac unit is rigged to and a whole was cut in the drywall to allow the air to flow to another room. Old furniture that’s dirty. Floor was dirty all throughout the hotel. No manager or supervisor in duty. Poor service doors broken inside the room. Carpet in the hallway is filthy

Long-term motel

There are no amenities. No room service, lobby, food available other than vending machines, no maid, you have to bring your towels down and exchange them yourself, you are given sheets and a blanket if you plan on using the fold-out bed which has that really comfortable bar along the middle so plan on dragging the ultra thin mattress to the floor. The location is so far off the strip that you would need a car but they charge $10 a night to use their empty lot. We will not ever stay here again. There are better hotels for this price.

Honestly- the reviews I read before I arrived made me expect the worse. Booked because it was the only affordable hotel that was walking distance to the Sphere (15-20 min)- also went to Virgin Casino for show(10 min)- walked to the Strip (15 min)- March so not hot in morning nor evening- no breakfast but walked to Tuscany Casino- 10 min- good affordable- Starbucks is near- a lot reviews mentioned homeless - not on property- around area- some but not bothersome- somethings that might not be nice- planes fly over often- there is construction on one side of the building- were not working the 2 days I was there-- Room- spacious- clean /bed - moderately firm/ shower - ok- finally- under $20 lyft rides to/from airport with tip was also nice

Cons 1. Dusty room 2. Unclean bathroom 3. Uncomfortable bed and don't-know-what literally bites you and you can’t sleep. Had to sleep in our sleeping bags. 4. Broken coffee maker. 5. Construction work on the road during our stay made it dangerous to drive to and from the hotel. 6. No breakfast! This was an expectation I had of Sonesta having stayed at many of their hotels around the US. Pro’s 1. Could open the windows and get fresh air.

The price was good. The room was clean and to be honest I had absolutely no issues. The area around the hotel may be a little sketchy. Just be cautious. I traveled alone. Again let me say I had no problems at all. I was very comfortable in my room.

Walking distance to the convention center. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy. Staff was very nice, Ruby was amazing. Kitchens in rooms are nice, no breakfast or pool.

The chairs in the room were old, beat up and torn, didn't match. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall and the door to bedroom looked like it was kicked in on both sides. Towels were not changed and coffee in room was not refilled. We were there 3 nights for a funeral and didn't spend much time in the room. Very clean and staff were very nice. Couldn't sleep on pull out sofa two thin and no bedding. Staff were very accommodating in changing our room two a two bed at an extra $30.00 charge per night. This is the third time I've stayed at Sonesta Suites so I was very surprised.
