I was suprised at how neat and clean the property was. If you are not expecting a fancy hotel, this will work well for you. Lots of eating places nearby. A Casino on the next block will let you park for free if you play there for a short time. We parked all night for the price of playing video black jack. Very close to Fremont street. We walkked there, looked in all the stores and Casinos, then walked back.

Homeless surrounding the pool made it uncomfortable to go for a swim. The room carried a distinct smell, was not tidy, and floor appeared unswept as debris was still left there from old clothing tags? The shower head had colours of black and green and looked like it had not been cleaned in ages.

This spot is becoming my goto when i come to Vegas. The Mini Golf course is fun, and the quiet is a blessing that close to Fremont.

The property was a great location for the price. Clean and staff was friendly. My only suggestion is I wish they had fridges in the rooms.. We stayed for a week for EDC and enjoyed how close to it is to Freemont Experience
