This is a beautiful and very clean newly remodeled home located 10 mins drive away from all the Las Vegas attractions.
Casinos, T-Mobile arena, Raider stadium, Airport, convention centers and more. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. We are Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, Walgreens, movie theatres and parks. No expense was spared in creating this vacation rental. Comfort, luxury and a very cozy home feeling can be expected. Lots of games provided. Dining table converts to pool table or has a poker table top. Yard has hammocks and fire table in the yard along with a Weber genisis BBQ for grilling with the family. We are pleased to offer a non smoking and pet free environment to all our guests so you can expect the home to always look feel and smell fresh and clean. Every room is Beatifuly furnished with a flat screen tv and Apple TV including Netflix, hbo , prime video , Hulu, nbc sports, NHL network, cbs and more. Upgraded highspeed WiFi for your work and play. 3 full bathrooms with oversized shower heads and great water pressure, 2 driveways on exterior for up to 4 cars. Great Location Beautiful House

Easy check-in, super-clean home in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was perfect location for my three brothers-in-law and I to gather for a guys weekend of golf, walking the strip, and low-key evening dinners in nearby Henderson. Everything was perfect with the house and the experience. Appreciated the early check-in to accommodate our early arrival flights in. Very close to the strip via highways. Would definitely return here to a similar trip In the future!

Great location and everything you need for your Las Vegas stay

This home checked all our boxes! The home was perfect for our time in Vegas and a day trip to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The house is well equipped for family and fun. The host Stephanie was very helpful. She even made a special trip to the home to look for an item that I had lost and thought maybe I left behind.

Perfect for what we needed.

We had a great time. The TVs were nice, ping pong fun! Lots of spices for cooking which was a plus. Not a whole lot of extra when it comes to cozy linens or kitchen towels. Beds were very comfy but temperature of the thermostats was hard to keep regulated Great owner response! Would stay again. .

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Stephane’s house. The house is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood approximately 15 mins from the strip. There’s plenty of outside seating and a fire pit too for cozy nights unwinding for the day. The house was clean and well kept, and Stephane was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Much appreciated Stephane!

My New FAV Vegas Spot

This house is AMAZING!!! This property is a prime location to the strip and the airport! Plenty of space, dream back yard, plenty to do around the house! (game, pool table, etc.) Stephane was WONDERFUL! Super quick response time with communications the entire stay and very accommodating!! We will for sure be back!

Entire family visiting family member in Las Vegas The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children under 3. There was still an additional bedroom as the children were able to stay in the master suite with parents as it provided 2 additional twin mattresses. Location near all amenities.

Great location

This home was in a perfect location for us, close to shops, the freeway, the strip and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Henderson was a great central base to explore the area. We went to hike at Red Rock Canyon 3 times during our stay! Such a pretty area! The strip and airport are not far either. Stephane was a very attentive host, always responding quickly and professionally. The home was very large so our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. The hot water in the shower was amazing and the beds had super comfy foam mattresses.

The house worked perfectly for the 4 of us regarding our four night stay in Las Vegas to attend the Con Expo trade show. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are nice, clean and well equipped. The communication with out host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Great house in great location

We had a great experience renting this house. The check-in process was simple. The owner checked in a couple of times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It's in a safe neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
