"Every one of the staff we interacted with were always kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The small refrigerator is restocked with beverages which are included in your room rate. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment and helped to get our day started for exploring Lisbon. The location was centrally located and close to all local transportation stops. Even though the hotel is on a street with many restaurants the room has windows that keep any noise from disturbing us in the evening. Overall we had a great time at this hotel and will return in the future."
