The place has just enough for 6 people, clean and well maintained, the only problem is there is no drier for the clothes. We have to hang it outside to dry. But overall, the place is good especially The host Luis. Thanks to him for a warm welcome. We felt at home.

Good place to stay in Lisbon

It is a very nice place to rent in Lisbon, close to subway, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. If you have in mind to rest at night bring ear plugs, the planes are landing so close to the building, it is impossible to have a restful night in case you are a light sleeper. 3 nights in Lisbon with family

Excellent check-in process. Parking space was a big plus to keep rented car inside the building. Bathrooms were ok and met minimum requirements, they could use a makeover. Train station were close and convenient to move around the city. Our overall experience was vert good.

Lisbon Apartment

Luis was an amazing host and genuine person. His communication throughout our stay was perfect. When he met my family and I at check-in, he was very thorough and hospitable. At one point, we had four adults in the apartment and it fit all of us with no issue. The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible by various modes of transportation. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for everything, Luis!

L'hôte a été très bien et très serviable, l'appartement est grand et très confortable.Deux problèmes les avions qui passent très près et très souvent pour atterrir et décoller et la taxe de séjour qui est le double de celle annoncée par Abritel.

Tres bel et grand appartement

Appartement trés confortable, mais situé dans l'alignement des pistes de l'aéroport. Un avion toutes les 3mn qui passe à quelques centaines de mètres de hauteur...Jusqu'a tard dans la soirée. Après des belles visites dans Lisbonne et sa region, difficile de se reposer.A conseillé pour ceux qui aiment les avions...sinon, chercher un quartier plus calme.

Geräumig und etwas abgewohnt

Der Empfang durch Luis war sehr gut. Einfach und freundlich. Die nächste Metrostation ist 5 Minuten entfernt und bietet zudem einen Supermarkt. Das war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgewohnt, vor allem die Bäder haben aufgequollene Türen und etwas Schimmel an der Decke. Der Laminatboden hat große Fugen. Bei 14 bis 18 Grad Außentemperatur ist es in der Wohnung kühl. Es hat die kleinen elektrischen Heizlüfter gebracht.
