This hotel is in the best location. It is walkable to everywhere. I have travelled extensively and I have to say that the staff are the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever met. It was our anniversary and we were even surprised with a cake and bottle of Prosecco. The rooms were small but clean. I have recommended it to all my friends and family and will stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to all staff for an amazing time! Shout out to Diogo, Pedro and Fernando for all your help! The breakfast menu was very good with much variety. We weren’t happy with our room the first night. It was dated and need of a remodel. We were moved to a very nice updated and clean room for our 2nd and 3rd night. They were very responsive to our needs

Loved the location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant and breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, the room was clean, no noise from outside even though the room faced the street and I would definitely stay here again if I happened to go back to Lisbon!
