Exceptional Hotel!!

From the moment we walked in the door until checkout the service was exemplary. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast in the cafe below the hotel was delicious and the perfect start to each day. The location was perfect for exploring Lisboa on foot. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to get to from the airport Aprox $30 euro with taxi or $15 with Uber. Very nice rooms with water and coffee provided. Shower amenities were excellent. Hairdryer and mini fridge also provided. Great location within walking to everything. City noise was not too bad. Nice air conditioning unit in hotel. Breakfast provided was excellent ❤️. Would recommend and stay again

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She spoke English. We were able to get into our room a liittle early. The hotel is in a good location, near to interesting sites and food options, including a grocery store just a short walk away. We had a comfortable stay.

Hotel was small but clean and super easy to get most places in Lisbon. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast in the little coffee shop downstairs was tasty and more than enough to start the day.

Room was clean but beds were small. We opted for two twin beds but they seemed youth size. The breakfast was excellent with freshly baked pastries and excellent service. Good location on a hill. Elevators very small.

Good Location Hotel

The hotel was close to many transportation, sights and convenience stores. There is a large market Pingo Doce a few minutes walk away. Many restaurants and Gelaterias. Our room was clean, a bit small for US standards but had very good AC. Amenities are adequate. Elevators are small. Breakfast was included, in the restaurant located in the basement of the hotel (street level), it was excellent quality and plentiful. Overall a very good experience. This is an older hotel, not luxury but definitely has enough to offer at a reasonable price.

The hotel staff was able to help with questions on how to best get to the areas we wanted to visit and give us personal insights on getting around. Our shower floor was very slippery and they immediately put in a grab bar and floor mat. Do not have enough nice things to say about how wonderful they made our stay.

Great location, the staff was amazing, I regret not getting the staff’s names as they should get the credit they deserve. All the staff members were always courteous, helpful, and had a smile on their face. The area was close to a lot of the tourist attractions and you could always find something to do nearby.
