Clean room, quite small, not alot of room to move around. Breakfast nice, but need to pay separately on the morning (wasn't aware it wasnt included in room fee). £30 for 1 adult and 1 child felt overpriced. Car park is not attached to hotel, need to walk through an industrial estate to get to it, this felt very unsafe as a solo female with a small child at night as it was deserted. Spaces in car park VERY small.

The very best thing about the Crowne Plaza London - Kingston by IHG is Breakfast! Outstanding! Honestly, the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in 60 years of Travel! The staff is very eager to please. Management wasn't. One negative: No working heat in our room for the entire 5 day stay. This was rectified by a powerful but noisy space heater.

The room was good but very hot, air conditioning wasn’t working. The restaurant was Indian and unfortunately neither my daughter or myself can have any spices. Unfortunately they didn’t have any food that didn’t have spices or other options on the room service menu

There is construction going on the first room I got was covered in dust. Even the hairdryer and kettle was covered with dust. Windows blacked out and could not open. I could not breathe. There was a cloud of dust. Second room they changed us to on next day was tiny. There was no space to put a 26” suitcase
