Very clean. Great service. For Americans, it was a much nicer Courtyard by Marriott with a great breakfast. Was walking distance from GTech Stadium where Brentford plays. We saw game against Man City.

Stayed overnight after visiting Kew Gardens Close by to public transport so easily accessible without a car. Hotel was clean and very modern. Disliked the glass shower into bedroom as sharing with male family member so lacked privacy. Nice restaurant attached with good food but slow service. Dining experience detracted by young family playing on ceiling swing chairs as a game with parents ignoring their behaviour and staff initially ignoring them, until they used them as battering rams

The room was clean but the hot water was not hot enough for me. The staff were polite the shops outside were good and close if you want to something to eat with more variety. Safe. Clean quite praceful easy transport for cab pick ups.
