Very clean. Wonderful staff. Amazing work space. Great location that’s super close to the city airport and then so close to getting to other areas in London with the Jubilee line super close. Also good free coffee. I’ll absolutely stay again.

Check in process was easy and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, we were given the choice of which floor our room was on and explained the layout of the hotel. The room had everything you'd need for a few nights, we didn't use the kitchen however you could easily cook a meal for two. The room was so clean and everything looked brand new! The shared lounges with unlimited hot drinks was a great perk

Had a perfect nights stay here for a concert at the o2! Samantha was very friendly and informative at check in. The room was spotless, had a very well stocked kitchen, netflix/youtube on the tv and the bed was like a marshmallow! Amazing smiley service from Simon at checkout.
