"Room was actually good but there were no cups or glasses. We were only there for 6 nights but the room wasn’t serviced on one of those and when it eventually was at around 5.30 in the evening we discovered no shower gel. That was sorted while we were out. Asked for a courtesy room but was told ‘no’ ‘you check out at 12’. Concierge very helpful, bell hop very helpful, reception waste of time. The US is normally good at customer service but the Bourbon have a long way to go."

"This hotel felt like the perfect location. It's super close to Bourbon Street, restaurants, museums, and there's a Walgreens and CVS close by as well. The hotel is very clean and quiet; although you can hear hallway noise (chatter, doors, etc). The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the complementary bottles of water was very nice and appreciated. Housekeeping came into my room every day. They replaced the towels I used and made my bed; didn't put new sheets on though, just made the bed. I'm not sure if that was standard procedure or not. Either way it's fine, it's just not what I'm used to. I unfortunately didn't take advantage of the bar in the hotel but I'm sure that is probably nice as well. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit New Orleans again!"
