The staff was courteous and helpful. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress and was impossible to sleep on. Our son had to sleep on the sofa without pulling out the bed. The room lacked adequate lighting and was not pristine.

The room was ok, however the rest of the hotel was rundown and the hall and general areas looked like a frat party just came through. Walls were damaged hole and scuff everywhere, not what i expected for the price i paid.
