The house was very clean, easy to find, and very quiet at night. My only criticism is an odor of moth balls in the house, which got less noticeable when we brewed coffee. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

My family does a yearly Geneva trip and this time it was so nice to have a private pool for the kids. That is so hard to find close to the lake. The neighborhood was so friendly on our evening walk to see the sunset. Close drive to the beach (Madison Twp Park) and a nice walk to the lake to see the sunset.

Perfect getaway

We had a great stay. The property is very clean. The pool has a small shallow area, but it's only five feet deep through the rest. It's perfect for adults and teens.

Madison beach house

The house is not like the pictures really look and when we walked in it had a bad smell!! The private beach is a cliff with just stones and can be dangerous for small kids!! Also the owners were really disrespectful to us and made us leave as they said we turned the pool temperature up to 185 degrees which we didn’t even know where it was and we tested the pool and have pictures of proof that we didn’t!

Beautiful house with a pool

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, located in a convenient area close to Geneva State Park. We loved the pool and outdoor area in general. Communication with the host was very easy, quick, and pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house as well as the host!

Great lake vacation

Loved the heated pool. It literally changed the way we vacation from now on, we will only get places with heated pools like this one. House was nice and everything inside and out looks updated. The central a/c was great, nice outside eating area. Lot's of things to do within a short drive, I highly recommend Breakwater Beach (about a 7 minute drive). The only thing I can warn about is if you have little kids that are capable of opening a door there isn't anything between the back door and the pool. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again and hope to in the future! My family and I loved it and it really was an amazing vacation.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s exactly as advertised, extremely clean, easy access to Geneva on the Lake, excellent and fast communication with Evan and the pool was well kept. We had no issues whatsoever and we would recommend this property to anyone. What a great place.

We had a great three day week-end stay in Madison. The home is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Our grandson really enjoyed the heated pool. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location!

Being a few steps from Lake Erie was awesome. Check-in was easy as well as check out. We were visiting in the off season so no pool usage. SAppears like it would be a fun summer stay!

Perfect and Cozy

This house is very clean, close to wineries and Geneva/on-the-Lake. We loved walking on the beach and relaxing at the well kept pool. The host had great communication. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Fantastic all the way around

The house is very spacious but provides an easy going coziness as well. The pool was a great feature to take advantage of and was well kept and maintained. Everything from an amenity standpoint was well provided and clean. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back when in the area!
