I’ve never had a bad experience at an H10 property! Staff at H10 Puerta de Alcalá were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Mentioned a minor problem with the shower leaking to housekeeping and within 10 minutes there was someone there to check it out.

We were satisfied in general for our short stay, but for a 4 star hotel we expected a larger room with a decent closet. The closet space was extremely limited, and so the room could include strategically placed hooks to help make up for the lack of closet space. There was barely room to walk around and we only had 1 suitcase and 2 carry-ons. Nowhere to place them but on the floor. The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. We found the hotel's restaurant to be a very convenient option/amenity.
