Strategically located in the city's trendy neighborhood, very well connected (Metro Principe de Vergara and Goya), and close to all areas of interest in the city.

Ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people, who want to enjoy Madrid and all its attractions in a comfortable space, in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.

THE SPACE

It is a fabulous recently renovated property with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a toilet.

Additionally, you have a comfortable living room integrated with the kitchen, laundry room and work area (attached to the main room)

The master bedroom is very spacious, has an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, a king size bed (200 x 200 cms), work area, a 65-inch smart TV, and a small balcony.

The second bedroom has two 110 x 200 cm beds, a built-in wardrobe and a small balcony.

The living room is integrated with the open kitchen. In the kitchen you have all the necessary elements for you to enjoy your stay, and in the living room area there is a 55-inch smart TV.

The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The entire apartment is exclusively for guests. The building has an elevator.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Happy to recommend restaurants and bars (the area is moving fasts and new eating experiences are popping up on a monthly basis :) )
