We had a fabulous time while staying at Only you in Madrid. The staff was terrific and went above and beyond for all the guests. We were there during the blackout and it was impressive to see how professional and attentive everyone was during this crazy unprecedented time. Huge shout out to Daniel at El Padrino bar, he was fantastic!!! Next time we visit beautiful Madrid Only you will be our first choice.

A fantastic hotel, beginning with the warm welcome by the front desk and then the high level of service throughout my stay, particularly the breakfast staff. Great neighborhood with many terrific dining options. I could not have been happier with my stay and I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel situated in a great location for the metro and to walk to shops in Gran Vía. Just over 10 minutes walk to the Thyssen Bornemisza museum. The breakfast buffet is superb with many options available and in a gorgeous patio area. I would highly recommend this hotel for short stays.

Nice boutique hotel-but lacks attention to detail.

The good: Attractive boutique hotel in nice neighborhood with many cute restaurants nearby. Hotel excels in public spaces. Well done decor. Rooms quiet. Staff friendly. The not so good:Hotel rooms lack in some areas. Vanity sink area in bathroom is miniscule. Hard to negotiate. No usb outlets so charging multiple devices is a challenge. Hotel cleaning needs more attention. Didnt replace used wash towels nor used glasses. Room service trays remained in hallways overnight and into late afternoon of next day. Overall a boutique hotel missing some of the attention to detail you’d expect for the Price point.
