I love Only You, and I will stay there every time I go to Madrid. The Hotel is very beautiful with well decorated and intimate spaces. We were surprised to see the access to the main room blocked for private events. That limited our experience, as we usually gather there to have coffee or drinks with friends. Guests should be advised ahead of their stay if the common areas will be closed or a room credit should be given. We pay for the Only You experience as a whole not just a place to sleep.

I spent three wonderful nights! The staff are all extremely kind, extremely helpful. Check in was easy and the room was gorgeous. The hotel is stunning - everywhere you look there is something pretty to look at. Food fantastic, location perfect for seeing Madrid….would definitely return and recommend this fab hotel to anyone visiting the city 😊

The room was not made up one day, despite our request to front desk. We told the front desk the next day-apologetic. Soap dispensers went unfilled-day after day. Robe, which was used during the stay, had a wuarter sized hole. This was never replaced or washed in 5 days.
This was the hole in the robe-plus my finger through it!

Room was clean, but very dark with almost zero natural light. Small window facing alley. During the night there was noisy activity (loading / unloading?) that made sleeping difficult
