Great location, but overall underwhelming. Service started off poorly, with complaints met with excuses, and the amenities felt average for the price. The food at the bar was a highlight, but the hotel itself didn’t live up to Ronaldo’s brand expectations. After persistence on our end, they later acknowledged our concerns with champagne which we appreciated. Still, it felt like a 3-star experience at that price point.

Great stay, lovely staff and very nice rooms. The rooftop pool and patio are a bonus. This isn’t within the control of the hotel, but there was a bit of a homeless encampment set up on the side of our balcony room which was obviously very sad but also quite loud in the evenings and not enjoyable.

Love the place so much, everything is perfect, pool is nice. The food is delicious. 💖The one thing I will point out is the beds. The beds are too hard. It was very uncomfortable I couldn't get sleep. My shoulders we're killing me. 😖

Prime location

Would have given 5 stars but our AC was barely working. We didnt report it but overall it was prime location for shopping, theatre shows, food and 10-15 min walks to various attractions. Many people would stop to take pics given its connection to Cristiano Ronaldo for futball fans. City noise of police sirens is constant.

Highly recommended for being centrally located and friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way finding our ride to the airport after Grand Via got close down due to protestrally. Will definitely come back!
