Airconditioner in the room was not working. Has been brought to the attention of reception multiple times all through out the stay but they did nothing. Room was very warm and uncomfortable. Staff in the bar and the entrance were very kind, helpful and attentive. Cleaning ladies were also nice and warm, kept the room clean. Would've been a nice stay if the aircon was working, or if the reception even bothered to do anything about it.

The hotel itself is nice. My only complaint would be that the room we stayed in felt cramped. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also had breakfast which was buffet style. Great food options, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. Our biggest challenge was the location directly on Gran Via. It felt like Times Square with lots of people walking around aimlessly staring at their phones. It's just not our vibe, but it really doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the hotel.
