At check-in, we were informed there was no water, but that a technician was coming and the issue would be resolved soon. However, when we returned later that day, there was no hot water, only cold water, and I had to take a cold shower on my first day in Madrid. I reported the issue that evening and again twice the next day, but the hot water was only fixed in the evening. The manager didn’t show any regret to the inconvenience we were facing. Not follow up. Also, another annoying issue of this hotel is the cooking smell from the restaurant flowing into the room all day. I turning on the ventilation but didn’t help much. The smell only disappears after restaurants close after midnight. I will never come back to this hotel.

The room was dirty, especially the sofa. When we requested to change to a cleaner room, the staff offered another room that was even worse. This was extremely disappointing, as they failed to provide a clean and acceptable room. The hotel’s presentation is misleading and does not reflect a four-star standard.

The staff were supper friendly and helpful. The room and accommodations were perfect for what we needed during our trip. The location was very central and directly on Gran Via. It made it easy to navigate to see the sites during our visit.

The location was amazing; you're literally in the middle of Gran Via. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The only issue we had was with the elevators; one of the two elevators was constantly broken, so we had to take the stairs multiple times due to the long wait. Besides that issue, this location is perfect.

Rooms were clean, spent 4 nights there and no cleaning services were provided despite following instructions of placing sign on door. Room wasn’t facing the street as in the picture, no natural light. The restaurant was great and the staff were amazing, Gabi and Juan are the best!!!
