Located in the center of Madrid, in one of the famous plaza in the center- Plaza "Tirso de Molina", The metro station is next to the building (20 meters), one stop from the main metro station "Sol".

It is modern with a lot of charming. We have a lot of experience with groups and we thought about the small things. It is the best option and solution for families and groups.
It is located in the 1st floor with an elevator.


The space-

Very central- in a beautiful plaza 'Tirso de Molina". The suite is so specious and elegant- our goal is always to think about the small things that our guests may need.
We are experts for groups 🍒 families with kids👨‍👩‍👦‍👦.
One of the most important things is the suite need to be comfortable so we put attention for our mattress and pillows (Visco-gel), the quality of the towels✔ bed lines✔comfortable rooms with AC and heaters for each room.
A professional pool table 7 fit✔. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you needed as Nespresso machine with capsules✔Oven with microwave✔stove✔kettle✔toaster✔big refrigerator✔all the elements to prepare a distant dinner and enjoy your meal with your lovers with wine and all you need.
We providing a baby bed ✔and a baby chair✔ . Also colorful dishes for children.
There are nice restaurants and grocery store around, Lidl supermarket is 50 meters walking. Around 5 minutes’ walk from all center Madrid attractions like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio, La Latina, Mercados and many others attractions.

Guest access-
Our lovely host will welcome you when you will arrive to the apartment and will give you all the information you need.
The apartment is exceptionally connected through public transport with the airport and train stations. The neighborhood has several parking spots- the most closer is in Calle del Dr Cortezo, 7, 28012 Madrid, Spain (opening 24 hours)- 200 meters from the building. The prices are competitive for those who come by car.

The neighborhood-
Located in the historic quarter of Madrid, few minute's walk away from Plaza Mayor, Sol, Ópera, the Royal Palace, the commercial area of Calle Preciados, the iconic Calle de la Gran Vía, the market of San Miguel.
The Walk of the Arts, which it is home to the three major museums, El Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen is located a 10 minutes nice walk by the historic centre away. On Sundays and holidays you can get to the colorful fleamarket of El Rastro (250 meters by walking), the biggest and most famous flea-market in Spain, where you can find antiques, clothing and curiosities.
If you are looking for Madrid´s tapas bars, then you must go La Latina area and to the Literary Quarter, both 2 minutes away walking. At La Latina, the streets Cava Alta and Cava Baja are crowded with bars and restaurants, both contemporaries or historics.
At the Literary Quarter 10 min walking to Plaza de Santa Ana which is full of bars and terraces where you can enjoy the living colorful atmosphere of Madrid.
If later on you want to have a beer or a drink, Huertas street has an impressive offer of pubs.

Getting around-
You can see the beautiful Madrid center only by walking.
Getting to our apt from Airport-
The fastest and comfortable way is by taxi - we provides to our guests this service with Taxi company- and arrange the transportation for them. The price is per per person and the journey takes about 25 minutes.

Also Madrid has great public transportation-
The Metro stop of La Latina station (Green- line 5).
From the metro station (La Latina) you walk to north west direction- calle de Segovia.
Puerta de Atocha train station is 2 Metro stops (stop in Tirso de Molina station) and walking from there around 650 meters- 7 min walking to the apartment. Atocha connects by train to most of the places of interest around Madrid, such as Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Toledo, Segovia, and more. The price of the Metro ticket from the airport is 5€, and the journey takes 45 minutes. The price of the airport express bus is also 5€.
