Booked three nights and extended it to 7 because it was so comfortable was a great location. Easy to walk lots of places. The rooftop pool was a real bonus – in August!

Great location - conveniently walkable to all the touristy areas but a little removed from the chaos of Gran Via/Puerta de Sol. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great AC which was important during a heatwave. Rooms were not totally soundproof which was the only downside when neighbors came in very late. Nice view from the room as well.

Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Service

My recent three-day stay at the Hotel Villa Real in Madrid was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service and thoughtful amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. A huge highlight was the flexibility with check-in and check-out. I was graciously allowed to check in early, which was a fantastic help after an early flight. It allowed me to settle in and start exploring the beautiful city of Madrid without any delay. Similarly, on my departure day, the late check-out was a game-changer, giving me extra time to pack at my leisure and enjoy a final few hours in the city before heading to the airport. This level of accommodation is a true testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Another delightful surprise was the complimentary mini-bar. It was a wonderful and refreshing perk to have free soft drinks and water available in the room throughout my stay. It's a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the hotel's generosity and desire to make guests feel truly welcome. The service, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Every request was handled with a smile and efficiency. The entire experience at Hotel Villa Real was truly a five-star one, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
