We had a few issues but Danny the manager was fantastic and assisted us and saved the trip. The hotel was buzzing with excitement for Lady Gaga and busy but we had a great stay. We will be back in October for Billie!

Loved Gale Miami! Rooms were clean, spacious, with amazing views! We had the sky view three bedroom, three bath with kitchen and balconies which was perfect for 5 adults. The pool was clean, pool bar staff were so friendly. We enjoyed the close walk to the Farris wheel and nearby shops/restaurants. Would stay at Gale Miami again in a heartbeat.

Disappointed

Far from impressed by this location. I made this reservation in advance and wrote the property regarding an early check-in that was not accommodated (check-in is 4pm, upon arriving we were told our room “should be ready at 2pm” by the dismissive front desk employee, we arrived back to the hotel shortly after 2 and was told our room still wasn’t ready, waited and didn’t get to our room until after 3pm). Upon arriving to our room it was not what is advertised on hotels.com. The bedroom picture displays floor to ceiling windows, reality is a dark room with no door or windows. The dining room had two chairs and a basic table then a basic couch pushed against a wall, again- the living room/dining room was not what was advertised in the pictures. And lastly, “soundproof rooms”, not quite. I was awoken by a woman screaming one night and music blasting another night. Now for the positives- we enjoyed the view and the coffee shop / restaurant downstairs were excellent. As someone who travels to Miami often, I’d say if you are coming to party, this is the perfect spot. If traveling for business or with family, steer clear from this location. Your money will go much further elsewhere.

The hotel needs to be upfront and say they only clean the rooms every 4 days. And honestly, this is also Expedia’s fault for labeling this place as a 5-star hotel—because come on, do you really think the St. Regis would do something like that? Please, before you give the excuse that the reservation said that—don’t. I already checked the reservation I made, and at no point is that specified.
