I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were not professional, whenever, I addressed them with a concern they made me feel like I’m bothering them. I speak so rudely, I decided not to interact with them for the rest of my stay. Needless to say me and my family will never choose this hotel again.

Unfortunately, this Hyatt is dirty, specifically the elevators and common areas and carpets were dirty. We’ve stayed at plenty of Hyatt’s and this one needs a refreshing and better management. It’s an airport hotel but still should not lower Hyatt’s standards.

The shower wasn’t great, luke warm water. Beds were not very comfortable and pull out sofa was brutal. Location was convenient but not worth the price.

This will be the last time i stay at any Hyatt hotel. They carge a daily parking rate that does show when booking. $21.00 a day is alot to pay when not expected.
