I stayed for 4 nights with the breakfast included option. Their was a variety of options which I enjoyed. I also got to order my eggs fresh and how I preferred them. Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t take food for my nephew who didn’t want to go down stair stairs to eat, twice I didn’t get refunded for the 2 days paid which was $70 for breakfast. Also, the tub wasn’t clean it was stained. I went to nearest dollar tree and got some cleaning supplies and took care of it. The phone in my room didn’t always work as I called for front desk and there was no tone. You can always use a barcode to get a texting service but the reply wasn’t until hours later. They do have a minibar which is nice but over priced, $7 for mini pringles. You be the judge. You also have to go downstairs to the restaurant to get ice, not always convenient. The pool is open all night which was nice. The parking was convenient but with a fee which I felt was not great since we’re staying there we shouldn’t be a charge. Perhaps the parking should be for customers coming in for the restaurant Blue Matisse. The staff was okay only interacted when I was at restaurant. Overall I would have enjoyed my stay, except for the stained bathtub, $110 parking charge and $70 for breakfast that I couldn’t order to bring to room. Those issues cause the low rating.
