Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to all correspondence. It’s not self check-in but host was easy to connect with and met on time. Location was perfect! So close to more than we needed, shops, food, entertainment! Place was very clean and comfortable! The added extras of water and laundry detergent were a plus. 100% would stay again and highly recommend!

The host was amazing, and the place was absolutely perfect for our girls' getaway. The access to the gym and the rooftop pool was such a great treat to have access to as well. It was in perfect walking distance to so many great places, and it was a quick ride to get down to South Beach.

This condo is very centrally, located to shopping and dining. It has lovely facilities and is beautifully decorated. We very much enjoyed our stay. Unlike a lot of units, there was nothing major we needed to do to check out. Easy in, easy out, easy stay. Communication from the host and the person on site was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Location was wonderful and we loved walking along the market way. Close to ferris wheel for rides and doing a harbour cruise. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Colored lights in the living room were entertaining and the view from the corner room overlooking the waterways was great. Host was very helpful and informative on places to visit. From being checked in personally by Rene, great recommendations for everything surrounding Miami, and all the amenities that included, this place was perfect! Perfect downtown location which made it easier for us to explore Miami and the rooftop pool was just an added plus. We will be staying with only 305LuxeRentals when we come to Miami in the future !
