Shuttle never came, worthless bar tender

Called 6 times from the airport for their shuttle. Every time was told it would be 15 minutes...standing there with 4 kids, after 1 1/2 hours finally called an Uber. Standard Springhill Suites. Nothing in walking distance. If you try to get apps from the bar, bar tender could care less about service won't lift his head to acknowledge customers standing waiting. If you speak English the staff will not understand or be able to respond to your questions. No pool towels. The noon checkout was nice. Back patio overlooking lake was nice although employees standing back there smoking.

Whoever the architect that this hotel was had no skills. I have to walk in the bathroom and walk over the toilet bowl to close the door bathroom. It was a horrible experience.

Very comfortable.

My family traveled to Miami a few days before our cruise. Beds were super comfortable. Room had a pull out couch for one child. Only thing I didn’t care for was the sink was outside the bathroom area. I would have preferred a fully enclosed bathroom space. Buffet breakfast was fantastic

Convenient to airport and that’s about it. Nowhere to walk to- but the hotel offered their shuttle bus to take us to restaurant- off site.

Very poor shuttle service

Though they claim to be an airport hotel providing free shuttle service. When you call for pick up from the airport is, that it would take a minimum of 1 hour for pick up and I was asked to use a Uber or taxi.

I will never stay here again

Well, we arrived around 1 o’clock check-in time was at three. The front desk person was extremely rude and she told us that everyone else was in the lobby was waiting to check in too. They told us there was a shuttle we could take to town so we could get something to eat. We went outside and looked for it and it wasn’t there. When we went to ask about the shuttle, they said it ran on the hour and at the time it was 10 minutes after one. We took an Uber to the closest outback restaurant, which said it was open and as we got out of the car we realized it was shutter closed and actually not even in service. When we came back to the hotel, we noted that there was a restaurant on site. When asking about the restaurant they said it’s open from 4 to 10 and it was really just bar bites. Checking the menu as we get ready to order Half of the menu wasn’t even available. And what we did order was basically on edible. They looked for the pool pool was out of service and you couldn’t even sit near the head all locked up. It was a very disappointing stay for the cost that we paid

The front desk staff was wonderful. We stayed here both before our cruise and after it. We got back from Port earlier than anticipated and we're able to get an unplanned early check in and late check out as it flight wasn't until later in the day.

There is no restaurant here or near this property. After 4 pm the bar serves a limited menu. Our toilet plugged up and no one came to unplug it. Breakfast was above average but not great. Our bathroom door was difficult to close with any one in the room. (No room)
