Very nice facility! But the area surrounding the facility was not safe at all the homeless begging. Only one problem the construction was right at my window could not open blinds because the workers would see me naked very noisy! Only would stay again or recommend if there is no construction going on. Very happy with valet very convenient and easy.

Staff and valet parking staff were excellent. I'm sure due to the location---parking options were bad. Either park on the side of the road or pay for valet services. It is just a hassle to valet when you are in & out frequently. Breakfast options were nice & hotel was clean.

Although the valet staff were very friendly---we didn't like the parking. The hotel was clean & staff were great. Our room was clean. Overall, a good stay but the parking is the downfall.

Unfortunately, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. They had construction going on from 8 AM to 4 PM and it was extremely loud you couldn’t even hear members of you own party. The curtains were dirty as well as the beds are really uncomfortable. I think it’s time to change the. Mattress. Also, when we asked the staff for additional make up wipes that are provided and sitting on the sink when you enter the room the staff at the front desk, said they don’t have them and they’ve never heard of them. Then we showed them what we’re talking about and they said ok And then gave them to us. We stayed here a year ago and loved our stay so we returned, but we will not be back.

Room was big and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. I loved that I had access to the shuttle to and from the airport, public transportation was close by (bus station in the airport) and a washer/dryer near the lobby area.

I like that the driver Evilio Tabio was very helpful. I enjoyed the social, fitness room and the ability to use the washer and dryer. I didnt like the noise due to construction on property. We had to switch rooms on arrival but still had a slight noise from the hilti from the other room we were relocated to.

Great stay Crusie & college football game.

It was a great stay, can't complain at all, well the construction. I guess that's nothing they could do about it. It would be amazing if ya'll would offer a shuttle to the crusie port. Our shuttle driver was amazing from the Airport
