This building offers an incredible fully equipped gym and many other great amenities such as a game room, business center, two pools, hot tub, and massage room. Cable and internet included.

This lovely unit is located on Brickell Ave, one of the most popular avenues of Miami. The direct ocean/city view from the 33th floor in the morning is simply priceless, and its charming style will make you feel at home. Brand new modern furniture .Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals, fast Wifi.

Guests will have access to the gym , sauna , play room, pool and all amenities for free and will have the whole apartment for themselves.

The apartment is located in the heart of Brickell, with the historical Brickell key island in front of the building. Plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and CVS within walking distance. Famous restauras Nusr-Et on the same avenue and the famous Brickell city center mall a few minutes away.

The best way to move in the Brickell Area is simply by foot to avoid traffic. To go to south beach, uber will do the work for less than 10$.
