I travel to the area every month for business and find that staying at the country Suites allows me the opportunity to for early morning walks on the beach before I start work Very Accommodating staff to ensure that I get the room that I like.

I would not recommend this hotel the pictures on the website are clearly not updated. My room was dirty it had one bath, hand, and washcloth when the reservation was made for two people. The toilet seat was broken and would slide to the sides, the walls were dirty, coffee stir sticks on the window seal, mold all around the shower faucet and cracks, the bathroom door handle was broken and lose, and the door lock had the screws hanging out making the hinge not safe at all. Definitely not worth $500 for two nights and when we asked for a discount the attendant didn't even apologize or offer us any accommodations. Because there was a large event going on that weekend it was hard to find another hotel at a reasonable price. The service was horrible and I don't recommend staying at home his hotel 😡

We are returning guests. We love it because it is very quiet and comfortable. It is convenient to excellent restaurants and shopping. Definitely will be returning again soon. Thank you for such a nice stay.

The room was dirty, immediately we check in and open the room door and it smelt like SMOKE, not outside but inside the room. There was vomit on the walls and ceiling? We took a video of the room just in case before we got settled in. Specks on the wall and immediately off the bat there were 3 pieces of hair INSIDE the covers. It’s like they didn’t really bother to clean the room. I booked a week in advance I expected better.

We didn’t like the broken door latch, broken night stand. Room and bathroom were dirty. Plunger left out next to the toilet, hair on the floor in bathroom. Mini frig inside cabinet had doors open in opposite sides of each other. There was no accessible pool/spa those it stayed there was. Breakfast had no waffles. Just biscuits & gravy. Yougart tasted like it had been previously frozen. Lots of noise outside of room. Overall a bad experience will not ever stay here again. It was a disappointment.

This is a poor establishment. We had to move rooms because at midnight dirty water started coming up through the bath's drain/plug hole, which smelled really bad. However, they did move us quickly and without issue - it seemed that this is a common issue for them as we were the second person in a queue asking to change rooms. There were 4 of us in a family room and we were only provided with 4 towels, so had to ask for more. There was often nobody on reception. The rooms are tiny and there is almost no room for storage. No toiletries were provided. The breakfast is ok and you can get coffee and hot water all day. The best thing about the facility is it's proximity to the beach, which is only a 2 minute walk. I wouldn't stay here again and I am surprised that Radisson put their name to this place.

My daughter and I arrived early for check-in, but we were asked to leave the lobby. When I spoke up about the situation, I was offered an early check-in for $50. I would have considered paying it, but the tone had already been set, which left a bad impression. Ultimately, I chose not to stay there. Instead, I found accommodations at the Monterey Beach Hotel, where I was welcomed warmly and not charged an early check-in fee during our Spring Break. It’s disappointing that this hotel treated us poorly, especially since this trip was meant to be special for my daughter. I had purchased insurance and have since requested a refund.
