Located on the second floor only accessible by stairs, our flat is perfect for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Montreal. The flat is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit. Our flat is equipped with one new mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just a few steps away. The flat is also just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

Parking Access:
‱ Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we DO NOT PROVIDE a parking space, there are several public pay parking lots nearby. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance.

Transportation Access:
‱ TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level.
‱ BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).

Other things to know:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Clean and welcoming apartment in a great location

The property is easy to find and well managed on a bustling street in the Plateau region of Montreal. Extremely clean, the apartment was delightful to return to after a long hot day of sightseeing. There are fantastic restaurants right in the neighborhood. Anywhere else you might want to go is a 5-10 minute car ride, or you might rent a city bike which would probably more efficient.

The property was immaculate and fully furnished to meet our needs. Location was just right. Convenient to Metro, local dining, bar, grocery store etc. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Marianna was attentive to any questions we had and communicated promptly. Thank you for a great stay!

Pleasant Sojourn

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this accommodation. The location is convenient, easy to find, well equipped. If you purchase daily parking passes at a Depanneur parking is easy. Will stay again.

Almost perfect

Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Nice building in a great location, around the corner from a fabulous bakery. Noisy street, especially on the weekend, but ear plugs (provided) allowed us to get a good night. Only problem was the lack of towels and bedding for sofa bed on the first night, which were only provided the next day. We managed, but that was irritating.

Great location to access all amenities, bars, and restaurants. Walked everywhere, didn't even need to use the train! Grocery across the street and SAQ below. Couldn't ask for an easier location.

Ideal for exploring

Centrally located, with lots of restaurants & stores nearby and close to 2 metro stations. The suite has all you need and is comfortable (great bed), bright and clean. Excellent communication with the host. We would absolutely stay here again! Things to note: the suite is up a long flight of stairs, so not good if you have mobility issues. It is facing a busy street so there is the typical associated city traffic & people noise (nothing over the top, but not quiet if that’s what you’re looking for). It looks very new so I’m thinking some of the kinks have yet to be worked out (ie fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work, exposed wire near a switch). Cleaning fee is high if you only have a short stay
