Lovely and quiet location near the Botanical Garden, 15 min downtown.

Nice little warm and comfortable non-smoking apartment in a relaxed environment and a quiet neighborhood, and very close to all amenities. The apartment is very well equipped. Bedding through towels, washing machines and dryers to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook as you want, you will fell like home. And if you missed anything, we're just downstairs and we will be happy to help you out. We also offer travelers who arrive late in the evening to do some shopping for breakfast. Just tell us what you need and we will get it for you!
Also, this place is perfect for active retired people

Excellent environnement

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© cette zone rĂ©sidentielle et son chemin vert pour piĂ©tons et cyclistes. MĂȘme le chemin Ă  la station de mĂ©tro, pas trop court, nous manque dĂ©jĂ . Et la communication avec les propriĂ©taires etait excellente!

Deux nuits chez Jean

Appartement trÚs propre et confortable. A notre arrivée des ventilateurs étaient en marche dans toutes les piÚces pour limiter la chaleur, trÚs appréciable. Métro à 15 mns à pied, donc accÚs facile au centre de Montréal. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

L'appartement était impeccable et bien équipé. Nous avons également aimé le balcon pour le café du matin. toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et au-delà, cet appartement impeccablement propre. Lovely space and location!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. It was very clean and super cozy! it had lots of amenities for if your staying longer like wifi, and kitchen things. The apartment is in a great location near transit, a market, and the biodome. we really loved getting coffee at canard coffee close by both mornings! Jean was very friendly and happy to give transit directions and recommendations for restaurants and whatnot! Would definitely come back one day!

A great place to stay

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and conveniently located between the Viau metro and the Marche Maisonneuve, with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The kitchen has everything you might need for eating in, including sharp knives, and the quiet neighbourhood and comfy bed make it easy to sleep at night. All in all, a great place to stay when exploring Montreal.

Peaceful Space

The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The apartment was only accessible by spiral staircases, which I liked, but could prove a challenge for some. The residential neighborhood was quiet and I felt completely safe. I needed to park in the alley because of a recent snowstorm and I had no qualms about walking from the alley to the apartment after dark. The owner, who lives downstairs, was friendly and informative. I checked in late and he was super pleasant. I highly recommend this place and hope to return on my next visit to Montreal.

We had an excellent time staying here. The apartment is located to everything you need. Only a few minutes away from the subway and bus routes and close to a nice little market. Parking looked like it was going to be difficult getting a spot but it was actually very easy. This place was perfect for us and I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient in a nice section of Montreal. Jean suggested a nearby restaurant, Bagatelle, which was excellent. The unit is upstairs and care must be taken on the spiral staircase outside. We enjoyed our stay!

July Honeymoon

We had such a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon. It was very close to the market and some tourist attractions (such as the Olympic Park and Botanical Gardens). Jean was also kind enough to check-in on us throughout our stay and also purchased groceries for us since we were arriving so late. Wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Ruhige Wohnung in angenehmer Lage

Unser Aufenthalt (3 NĂ€chte) war sehr schön. Unkomplizierte SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. Mit der U-Bahn kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt und freut sich spĂ€ter, in das angenehme Viertel Maisonneuve zurĂŒckzukehren. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Markthalle, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. ValĂ©rie und Jean sind freundliche, sehr angenehme Vermieter.
