Located on the second floor only accessible by stairs, our apartment is perfect for couples looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained apartment. Our apartment is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and one spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just steps away. The apartment is also just steps from the Parc du Plateau, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, a picnic, or a game of frisbee.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

Parking Access:
‱ Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we DO NOT PROVIDE a parking space, there are several public pay parking lots nearby. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance.

Transportation Access:
‱ TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level.

‱ BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).

Other things to note:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Amazing

Easily the best place I've ever stayed in Montreal, and I've stayed at a few. Perfect location. Wonderful, secure space. We even got a thank you bag halfway through. Hope to stay here every single time I come to the city from now on. Can't even put in writing how happy I was.

Outstanding Location... Outstanding Property

What a perfect find this was. It is in a great area - surrounded by restaurants and shops. The parking app recommended by the property manager gave us a parking space within walking distance for our entire stay at a minimal cost. There is a place to pull over in front of the building to load and unload. The apartment, while not oversized, was perfectly layed out, very clean and bright, with no clutter of uncessary things. All the appliances were in great shape and you had all the comforts of home - oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso, microwave, washer, dryer. This property manager gave us LOTS of information up front, including the parking previously mentioned, which made our stay even better. Thank you Denstays! We cannot say enough! Fantastic!

Ideal location

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Not much of a view from inside it, but right outside the building door is a lively walkable and bikeable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops. A couple of basic kitchen items (a toaster, a wine bottle opener) were missing, but quickly provided after easy communication.

Perfect location

The property was nice, new and clean. It was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a good stay. The location is what makes this property shine. It is in on the Main Street in one of the best areas of Le Plateau. Many restaurants, shops, cafes and bakeries are located within a couple of blocks. The bakery around the corner: Boulangerie Les Co’Pains D’Abord, is top notch. Parking is a bit confusing, but that is everywhere in Le Plateau, not specific to this property. Communication on parking could have been clearer. The instructions posted on the fridge where clearer than what was sent to us via email.

Tiny apartment in a great location

Several things were missing from the apartment which would have made our 6-night stay more comfortable and convenient. 1)There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, 2)there are no shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries, 3)there in no spot in the shower stall to place your soap and shampoo, and 4) the air conditioning was so cold that is you use it you need to be the heat on in the other room. Otherwise, great and convenient neighborhood.

Great location

Very accessible, great lively neighborhood, but quiet in the small apartment. Perfect for a weekend. Has laundry and fully operational kitchen, if needed. Easy access to building and apartment. Found on street parking with no problem in the evenings. Lots of good restaurants (make reservations) nearby and coffee shops. Wish we had more time to shop. Cute stores in this neighborhood.

10/10 Stay at this location

This was surely one of the best location I’ve booked in Montreal, the booking process itself was fairly easy, the apartment was extremely beautiful right in the heart of mont royal 5 min from downtown, great restaurants all through the street. The apartment was great however they are very strict about their rules , try keeping your noise levels down . The walls are thin and you can actually hear other people in the other apartments if they’re a tad too loud. Overall great place to come with your partner or friends if you’re in Montreal to explore. Parking is a bit of a mission if you have a car but fairly cheap too
