Unexpected disappointment at Radisson Mumbai

Was alloted smoking room despite requesting non smoking. After change of room there was continuous noise (knocking sound) sound was recorded and given to duty manager. Room changed at 0430 am got only 90 minute sleep. REQUEST FULL REFUND please

Lovely modern hotel close to the airport. Wonderful bedroom. Spacious...and quiet! Something other hotel rooms in Mumbai didn't quite provide. Nothing to see in the surrounding area. It is just a very nice, clean hotel convenient for the airport.

Radisson Blu Mumbai Intl Airport Stay

Amazing hotel! The staff, food, especially the breakfast buffet was just so delicious & wonderful! All the staff were so friendly, warm, kind & helpful at all time. A special thank to Khushi, for making sure we were looked after, & gave us excellent advice on what to see & where to go when we required it-:) The hotel was extremely clean & hygienic & well looked after & the view from the top floor pool is just wow! The hotel is so conveniently located to the international airport - less than 10 mins away, & is also a 2 min walk to the metro. I am only going to stay here everytime I am in Mumbai! Thank you so much to all the staff for making it such a wonder & memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone going forward!

It was very clean, excellent staff who couldn't be more helpful. Not the most characterful hotel (you could be in any luxury hotel in any part of the world) but it was very comfortable to stay in.

Very convenient for airport. Unfortunately our shower didn't work and no shower gel but the management went to a lot of trouble to compensate. I have a chilli allergy and the chefs and management were very attentive to my needs
