This fully-furnished, bright and airy condo by Hosteeva located in Atlantica Towers is a vacation paradise for beach lovers.

The sun-filled condo is situated right on the beach, offers stunning ocean views you’re your private balcony and comes with all entertainment options and activities all members of your family will enjoy.

Start your day by splashing in the indoor pool, head over to the 150 ft. long Lazy River in the afternoon and finish your day collecting seashells on the beach. Doesn’t get any better than this!

If you wish to venture out and enkoy local must-see places and attractions, make sure check out Broadway at the Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park! There are plenty of amazing boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as dining for every taste. There is plenty to do for everyone in your family. Start by taking a ride on the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel and spend some time in the Fun Plaza Arcade or at the Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum!

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

Parking
• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort, you will see a specific Atlantica parking lot sign (Max 2 spaces).
Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
