This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom condo sits on the first floor of the oceanfront Brighton Tower at Kingston Resort, featuring a new master bathroom shower, fresh flooring, paint, furniture, and a completely updated kitchen. The main bedroom offers a king bed and deluxe en-suite bath, while the second bedroom suite includes another king bed, its own en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a private balcony — perfect for multi-family stays. The third bedroom offers two queen beds. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and both bedrooms.



Brighton Tower is a 21-story oceanfront high-rise within the gated, 24/7-secured Kingston Resort — offering a safe, family-friendly environment for your stay. Kingston Resort is a 145 acre beach community with a number of walking and biking trails winding thru a lush green setting of small lakes and ponds, by the ocean. It provides resort living with beautiful landscaping.

We've stayed at Kingston Plantation many, many times and this condo was by far the nicest. We weren't sure about being on first floor, but it was great. We will be booking this place again for sure!

Best condo ever!

Our family typically dedicates 3-4 weeks each summer to vacationing at Myrtle Beach. We appreciate exploring new locations, and this particular spot stood out as one of our favorites. The cleanliness and affordability were notable highlights. The pool area is exceptional, and the ocean views are truly unbeatable.
