Great Stay!

My family and I had a great five day trip! The condo is exceptionally clean, I am very particular about this and my expectations were exceeded. Great location in a nice neighborhood with many amenities and food nearby. Coast pizza is our favorite pizza place that is close. Tons of pools, hot tubs and two lazy rivers. We were lucky to have warm weather and got to spend a few days at the beach which is beautiful near the condo. Check in and communication were wonderful as well. I had zero questions upon check in because as soon as we booked we were updated with all information and kept up to date through messaging. Only thing we didn’t love was the bed, it was pretty uncomfortable. I went out and purchased a mattress topper to use while we were there. Definitely would not hesitate to book here again!

Clean and nicely updated, fully stocked kitchen and at the tail end of a nice golf course residential neighborhood and right next to the Hilton. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and easy pool and beach access.

Great Location!

Location was fantastic for our family. You are able to go to the pools and beach without having to pack. Beach chairs were provided by the unit. We needed a pack n play which was originally noted as available on the listing, but we ended up having to rent one. Rental process was easy! Just something to keep in mind. Door to the bedroom needs to be shortened a tad, it gets caught on the floor and comes off the track sometimes because of it. But not a deal breaker at all. Great space!

Great stay

Perfect vacation rental! This rental had a beautiful view of the ocean we loved waking up and having coffee out on the balcony. Seawatch resort has fantastic amenities for families! This place was hooked up with all the beach gear for the beach. Debbie was wonderful to work with, very responsive! I’d consider this property more of a studio vs one bedroom. The sliding door didn’t do much sound proofing. You are also walking directly into the sleeping space. Perfect for a couple but not the best set up for a family.
