Very nice house

Very nice house and clean. Loved the pool and hot tub. Liked the outdoor grill hooked up the the gas line didn’t have to worry if there was enough gas in a tank.

Well balanced stay

Close enough to enjoy the city of Nashville, yet secluded enough to relax and wind down. We didn’t stay long enough, but enjoyed ourselves while there. We maxed out the occupancy at 14 people and had more than enough room to spread out and have space to be pleased with. Will definitely keep this place in mind if ever planning another trip near Nashville.

Lovely location and views, but a few issues

The house is nice, the views are beautiful. My issue is my daughter-in -law found mold in the shower. I understand that water drips, but mold can be dangerous for some people. We cleaned it and went about our trip. Another thing I would mention is that we were glad we didn't bring our elderly mother as we had originally planned. She would never have made it up the stairs at the front or back of the house. Lastly, I missed that the bunk room was a loft. Perfect for kids, not so great for adults. No door and open to the downstairs. My niece said she could feel the coils through the mattress, and they had to borrow a lamp because there was so little lighting in that area. The other bedrooms were great. No other issues and it was a beautiful area. Would love to have stayed when the pool was open.

Great Family Stay with Kids close to Nashville!

We had a crew that maximized the occupancy of all ages! We loved that the property is "out of town" but within 25-30 minutes of Downtown Nashville for all the family friendly things to do. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, it was very clean, the hot tub was clean (off season stay so no review on the pool), the communication was easy with the property managers. We would love to stay again during on-season for the pool. We had so much fun and highly recommend this stay for families visiting Nashville surrounding areas.

Mother In-law Birthday trip!

The property manager was very helpful and made sure that we were able to get up the driveway due to the snow. We enjoyed the property. It was a relaxing view. Very quiet which is what we were hoping for. I will definitely be booking again soon!

Perfect house for our family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The area has a rural feel, but we were only 20-30 minutes from Nashville and just 10-15 minutes from a major shopping area. The house is spacious, with plenty of privacy for our three older kids. The kitchen is well-equipped -- we had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect escape from the heat - I could hardly get the kids out of it to go sightseeing!

Overall great experience. Host was super nice and communicative. Came to fix something right away while we were there. Really nice pool area. Upstairs the showers didn’t get so warm but the downstairs ones did. Worked really well to be able to meet up with family from different states! Thank you!

Large Family Christmas

My children are grown and live all over the country. We were looking for a place for a large family. This was the perfect getaway four our family Christmas. It was homey and inviting. The kitchen had all we needed - our family of 14 loves to cook & EAT! We had room for games and activities. We were close enough to Nashville to go into the city for a couple of events, yet we loved the peacefulness of the property. The owners were quick to answer when a couple of questions arose - they were kind and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!!
