Save $ in our one bedroom vacation rental condo. It is located on the beautiful spring fed Comal River. The condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 2 children having a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa (not a futon!) in the living area and child size bunk beds in a hallway nook for the kids! We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn located next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Landa River Trips. Get your tubes from either outfitter, float the river and their shuttle brings you right back to the condos. Public golf is right behind the park. Gruene Hall is only 3 1/2 miles & Whitewater Amphitheater is 14 1/2 miles. We are walking distance to the downtown square where you will find bars & restaurants, antique & craft stores and the oldest bakery in Texas. The condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 2 children having a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa (not a futon!) in the living area and 2 child size bunk beds in a hallway nook for the kids! It comes complete with smart flat screen TV's, free Internet, DIRECTV cable TV, microwave oven, toaster, full size refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, pillows, bath towels and a cozy patio to enjoy the river view from.
