With 4 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, your stay will be nothing short of excellent. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and more. Whether you're relaxing in the gorgeous living space or exploring the local area, this house is the perfect home base for your getaway. We look forward to hosting you at our place. THIS IS A GREAT AREA, Safe, No Crime! Arabi is in St. Bernard Parish (County). Arabi has a superior law enforcement that does not tolerate crime. When you stay in Arabi, you can go enjoy all of the fun things that New Orleans has to offer, then you return to sleep in Arabi without any worries of someone breaking into your house or car. Also, you can safely walk the streets at night in this neighborhood. Don't take a chance. Have a crime free vacation by staying at this house!

This is a beautifully restored home four miles from the French Quarter. Very safe neighborhood. Plenty of Parking. Also, very close to a boat launch which offers the best fishing in the country. Stay an extra day or two. Bring a boat or charter a fishing captain and go fishing.

The house has 4 king beds. There are 4 full baths. We completed remodeling the house in January 2025. We have central air and heat and a washer/dryer in the house. The house has a nice porch. The front porch is a nice place to sit in the afternoons and watch the cruse liners, paddle boats and cargo ships go up and down the Mississippi river. This is Southern relaxation at it's best. The French Quarter is 10-15 minutes away.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Very nice house and bedding, and very comfortable, but quite a good distance from the Quarter. Ubers added up. The area is close to a Walmart and a good Italian restaurant, but not much else.

The place was spacious and clean. Easy to access and the host was easy to contact. It lacked any condiments, spices etc… Need upgrade on the pots and pans. Just a suggestion Other places I have stayed at had some kind of welcoming gift. Nothing big but something simple to make it more welcoming for your guests. (Candies, popcorn etc) a small basket

Love this property. It was actually better in person than on the listing photos! The house was very clean, spacious, and modern but still had that New Orleans charm. It's in a great neighborhood and in a perfect location. Not to far for our sightseeing like French Quarters, Bourbon St, and many parks. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return.

Found used contact behind faucet in first bedroom. Other than that, place was beautiful and clean, but lacks extras, like spices, shampoo, etc. Host responded almost immediately. Would stay again.
