Good location for business or a stay in the Arabi or Chalmette area. Only 20 min to downtown and about 35-45 min to the airport. Very safe area of town.

Overall, our stay was good except for a strange, bad smell in the bathroom that I couldn't identify the source of. Sufficient for one night at the last minute but had we needed to stay longer, I would have requested a different room.

Disorganized mess

The check-in was sad; there was no employee at the desk for over 5 minutes. No note, no nothing. Finally when she shows up, she is clueless. She calls our room at 10 pm and wakes us up to ask our name. She said she could not remember and must not have kept any records. She ran my credit card and viewed my driver's license. So after talking to me, she ran my card a second time, charging us twice for the room. It was a nightmare to get this straightened out. Her name was Treena. The only employee who was helpful was Hampton. After the mess-up with the credit card, Treena said she or the manager would call me back. Neither called back. This was after we were home.

Could use some fixes. Excellent Staff!!

On first glance the room looked great! Unfortunately it turned out to be quite cold, a stopped up sink, and some non working electrical outlets! But with all that being said the staff was very friendly, so I did not complain to them about any of the issues except the coldness of the room! They actually offered to put us in another room but since it was already quite late 12am, we came in quite late each night we were there….I just wanted an extra blanket!! The breakfast was good, fresh plentiful

AMAZING VALUE

Stayed here for 3 nights while traveling to NOLA from out of state to see Taylor Swift. Booked on hotels.com for an incredible rate. Staff was so kind and welcoming! French Quarter and SuperDome were easily accessible via Lyft/Uber (approximately 15-20 minutes) and still a great value with the insane rate we booked. Hotel was completely sold out and staff worked so hard to make the stay special for everyone there that weekend. Breakfast was excellent, only note would be that they used styrofoam plates and plastic utensils vs more sustainable options, but otherwise a 10/10 experience. Could not beat the value on this busy tourism weekend.
