It's a nice place to stay if you need a cheap place to stretch your legs. It's only about a 5 minute drive from The Smoothie King Arena. It has a pool. If I recall, it's a super deep pool! Locked, gated parking but only 1 maybe 2 handicap parking spots. No mini fridge in our room, no microwave. There is a snack room that has a few vending machines and a microwave. The staff was very friendly. We had a nice stay.

Midtown Hotel is convenient to Yulman Stadium and Tulane the prices are within my budget Midtown is a no frills hotel the staff is friendly the secure parking is a plus

Wasn’t notified of the $150 damage fee hold that you have to pay by card when going to check in after paying for my room and everything online , then try to just cancel the rest of my nights there to get a refund they would t give me a refund , parking is terrible you have to park on the side walk

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, several lightbulbs were missing—apparently stolen—leaving the bathroom as the only functional light source. The front-desk staff didn’t seem to understand what a lightbulb even was, which made resolving the issue impossible. The room itself was in terrible condition. The toilet paper dispenser bar was missing, there was no hot water, and the shower had a constant drip that sprayed water across the entire bathroom. I kept feeling like something was biting me throughout the night—though I didn’t find bedbugs, which is about the only positive thing I can say. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and random trash still left behind. The room also had that unmistakable “cheap hotel” smell, a mix of stale cigarette smoke and harsh cleaner, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The bathtub had multiple cigarette burns around the rim, like several guests had literally fallen asleep smoking in the bath. To top it all off, my keycard never worked. I had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed every single night of my stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

It's every bit of a 2 star hotel. Had access to only one good plug to charge the phone and that was in the sink area. Shower only turns halfway on, so the tub is being filled by the faucet while you shower. The AC worked great. The bed is comfortable. There's a lot of food options nearby. The bus stop is close.

Staff was meh Not very friendly, facial or vocally for both morning and evening shift But not rude Place was clean, lobby and room Not noisey, so peaceful night UNTIL around 7-8am when house keepers get there and start banging everything around to get started to work The location is has gated parking that will open with your room key And to get into the bldg it also asks for the keycard to let you in
