Gleaming wood floors, fine carpentry, 12 foot ceilings, and local décor combine to create an ambiance of spacious elegance.

Located in the historic Marigny Triangle, Le ChĂąteau de Pauger can easily host your group; it boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and ample living space. The generous master suite has a king-sized bed and lavish en suite bathroom. Large second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and additional sleeping arrangements are available for children. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. This property offers more than its luxurious interior accommodations; guests can retreat to a private backyard oasis to refresh and rejuvenate after a day in the French Quarter. Good location for walking to French quarter. The back deck/patio no longer looks like the photos. The palms & other plants have died. This is located near other rentals and not a quiet neighborhood but great access to Frenchmen st.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean. Great to be able to cook several of our meals while staying in. Easy on and off trolley access to the French quarter and downtown. Roberts market was a wonderful treat just walking distance from the house. Loved the painted mural in the back yard. We had a fantastic visit in NOLA to celebrate our friend for her birthday and NYE.

Alex was awesome, home was beautiful and stocked with yummy treats, coffee and tea.About equal walking distance to either Frenchman or Bourbon. This is a little bit farther than I usually stay in the Quarter. Felt safe walking in the day but not at night, we used Uber, under 20. There is a security system which is really nice. This house will not disappoint.

My daughter’s and myself stayed there for a long weekend. It was easy access to walk down to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter safety was a concern so we always got a ride a Lyft ride home at night beautiful home beautiful setting well organized.

Spacious and comfortable

Our family of six adults stayed in the property for eight nights during Jazz Fest.The house is comfortable and very spacious.The location is walkable to Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, and Cafe du Monde for beignets. Robert's Fresh Market is close by, and we were able to get everything we needed there in the way of groceries and wine. Having a washer and dryer on site as well as a security system was a bonus. We had two cars and we appreciated that there was a small driveway for one of the cars and ample street parking for the other. Our host, Alex, was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay!

French Quarter Fest!!

House is as described, rooms are large and comfortable, backyard space is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and nicely laid out for cooking. Having off street parking was a well-appreciated bonus and accommodated a mid-sized suv nicely. The owner, Alex was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is a little further out of the Quarter than we usually stay, but even with my bad knees, it was very doable, with enough energy to make a second evening walk to Frenchman street or to Fritzel's to catch a late night set (or two) or dinner -- or both. Would definitely recommmend!

Everything was great! Alex reached out to make sure check-in to the house went smoothly. The house had everything we needed during out stay. Quick walk to the nearby grocery store. Walkable distance to the French Quarter as well. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Fabulous find in New Orleans!

Wonderful weekend getaway! House is way more spacious than it appears in the photos. Spotless and tastefully designed. The backyard space was comfortable and very private. While close to a busy thoroughfare, the location couldn't be beat--Bourbon Street, Frenchmen, and trolley stop all within a quick walk. Host was very responsive, helpful, and a delight to work with. Don't hesitate to book your stay!
