You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.

We are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave. We are 2 blocks from Canal Street. It is a 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street and a 10 minute walk (in the opposite direction) to the Caesar's Superdome or Smoothie King Center. We are also a mile from the Amtrak (train) and Greyhound (bus) Stations. The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line, and we recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.


Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.

What a well appointed spacious property!! Our party of 11 were able to spread out to cook and eat, play games, watch tv, or slip away for a quick nap, with plenty room to spare. Lots of fun

The condo is very comfortable. It fit the 10 of us very well. Very close to the trolley and Ubers are cheap to get to Bourbon Street. It is only a 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street however. Shane was an exceptional host. Very responsive. Had a great time.!!

Property was as described! Great location and plenty of room. Manager communication via email fast. The elevator in the garage did not work, but we never moved the vehicle after the first day. We rode the Trolley! Pool also was only barely 3.5 feet (kinda disappointed), and very small. But apartment was SUPER!
